TERMS & CONDITIONS – Magasil Braai Month – September 2026
1. The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Gulf Drug Company (Pty) Ltd (“GDC”), their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. To enter the competition, participants must:
1. Follow the official Magasil social media page;
2. Tag one (1) friend in the comments; and
3. Comment with their favourite food to braai.
3. The competition will run from 20 - 30 September 2026 as part of September Braai Month. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted or considered.
4. A maximum of three (3) winners will be selected by GDC. Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the competition period. The winners will be selected and announced during the first week of October 2026 on the official Magasil social media page.
5. Each winner will receive one (1) braai set. Prizes will be allocated within 10 days of the winner announcement.
6. Winners will be notified via direct message on the relevant social media platform. Winners may also be acknowledged on Magasil social media, subject to their consent.
7. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, GDC reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
8. No entry is valid until it has successfully completed the validation process determined by GDC.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item.
10. The decision of GDC regarding the selection of winners and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
11. GDC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
12. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
13. Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes.
14. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
15. GDC reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
16. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform on which the competition may be hosted.
