2 - 4 years: 2,5 mL to 5 mL
5 - 8 years: 5 mL to 10 mL
9 - 12 years: 10 mL to 20 mL
While symptoms persist, the dose may be repeated every 8 hours but not more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
