3 - 12 months: 2,5 mL to 5 mL
1 - 5 years: 5 mL to 10 mL
6 - 12 years: 10 mL to 20 mL
While symptoms persist, the dose may be repeated every 4 hours but not more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
