Helps to manage the symptoms of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)
Promotes healthy glucose metabolism.
Reduces oxidative stress.
Helps to metabolise proteins, helps to form red blood cells and helps to reduce risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy.
##Dosage
Adults: 1-2 sachets daily, dissolved in water, one hour before meals
